The following are the US coins that somehow went to the assorted coins I've been keeping.
* Currency: Five Cents
* Obverse shows the bust of Thomas Jefferson, the third US President; the United States motto, In God we Trust; the word "Liberty" and the year 1960
* Reverse shows the Montecillio which was the house of Jefferson; the words "E Pluribus Unum", which is Latin for ' One out of many"- a phrase in the seal of the United States; the words, "United States of America", and "five cents".

* This coin is part of the D Washington Quarter.
* Obverse shows the bust of the first US President George Washington; the mint year and the United States motto, In God We Trust. The letter D at the back of Washington stands for Denver which means that the coin was minted in Denver.
* Reverse featured an eagle. This feature was used on this currency until 1999 when the US decided to use the State Quarter Program. Other features on this side are the currency, the phrase "e pluribus unum" and " United States of America"

* Also known as the Lincoln cent or Lincoln penny. The Lincoln memorial feature on the reverse side was minted from 1958- 2008.
* Obverse shows Abraham Lincoln, the 16th president of the United States. The words, " In God We Trust," "Liberty", and the mint year "2000" are engraved.
* Reverse features the Lincoln Memorial. Engraved are the words, " United States of America", "e pluribus unum", and "one cent".

Reverse features Vermont's Camel Hump Mountain as part of the State Quarter Program. It shows two maple tress with sap buckets. It also features the phrase " Freedom and Unity" which is the motto of the state of Vermont. 1791 is the year Vermont joined as the 14th state of the Union . "e pluribus unum" is a phrase in the seal of the United States.
